Chinese Forces Swarm Tibet

In a series of pictures sent to RFA from Labrang in Gansu province, in a region known to Tibetans as Amdo, Chinese police can be seen patrolling the city during Tibetan New Year.
The area is home to Labrang Monastery and one of the largest communities of monks located outside the Tibet Autonomous Region.
