At current state, the constitutional council is just a rubber stamp to certify political ambition of the ruling. The current president of the council was a former MP and vice chairperson of the National Assembly's Legislative Commission who always clashed with the opposition MPs to protect his CPP-goverment from being criticized. On one occasion, he almost collasped becauase he intended to retaliate physically against Sam Rainsy in the National Assembly's floor during which his high blood pressure risen. Hence, how can he offer genuine justice against a complaint lodged by the SRP?

Talking about justice in Cambodia is zero for ordinary people and opposition party. Anyway do not give up otherwise there will be no changes in our nice Kingdom. I am also the one who advocate alot for justice in Cambodia. I was threatened few times to kill by these cruel leaders but I still continue till today. Do not stop with these crook leaders, all of them will have future futune event wost then Gdadafi.
