아시아 지역 식수 조사
깨끗한 물은 기름보다 더 귀한 자원이 되고 있습니다. 그러나 물은 무엇으로도 대체할 수 없는 생필품입니다. 아시아에서 다섯 명 중 한명은 깨끗한 물을 구할 수 없습니다. 세계의 절반은 물 부족에 시달리고 있고 수요는 빠르게 증가하고 있습니다. 물 부족 상황은 지구 온난화, 농업 용수, 인구 증가, 비효율적인 관리로 인해 더 악화하고 있습니다.

자유아시아방송은 물 부족에 시달리는 마을 사람들, 유목민, 농경인들의 소리에 귀를 기울입니다.

미국의 민간단체 웨이브 포 워터(Waves for Water)가 북한 강원도 안변군의 천삼협동농장 등 두 지역에 정수 장치 50개를 전달하고 설치와 사용방법을 설명하는 모습.

In June of 2012, Christian Friends of Korea was blessed be able to install solar powered, gravity-fed clean water systems at two needy North Korean care facilities. These projects were made possible by the partnership of Wellspring and the support of Korean-American high school students from four Irvine, CA churches. This video briefly illustrates the process, joy and fellowship surrounding the water projects we are able to do in that country! God is good and He continues to make a way!
