Turkmenistan is broke, so maintenance will be a headache. Output will drop worse and worse. Berdy is in a bad position, he could be dumped. He has failed to diversify, failed to open up to investment, failed to feed his people, worse than ever.

As the report states, scheduled imports from Central Asia include 38.7 billion cubic meters (bcm) from Turkmenistan, 7.6 bcm from Uzbekistan and more than 5 bcm from Kazakhstan. The total is 51.37 bcm,
which is 93 percent of the rated capacity of 55 bcm.

Can I understand the source of the two numbers quoted: 93% and 51.37bcm? The article never said where these two number came from.
