Samy from U.S.A. :

Cambodia court system is not independent and cannot be trusted. After 1975 I had close friend who turned to be Minister of Justice. I had my own case in Cambodia by year 2000 in Phnom Penh court. My case never goes anywhere even I had good lawyer too. I spent a lot money for bribery : prosecutor, secretaries, judges, lawyer said the defendant are from CPP, will be always next session.

DJ AM :

Only in communist countries you are guilty and have to prove your innocence. Hun Sen is taking stupidity to a whole new level with these court rulings. The Cambodian courts is a farce because they lack any independence or jurisprudence. Anyone can be a lawyer in Cambodian as long as you can pay the fee to the corrupt government. EU is going to pull EBA and the economy is going to crash; Hun Sen tyrannical rule is closing in on him soon.
