Sad Khmer from Phnom Penh :

Most of the money circulates right back into the Chinese pocket, your average local reaps very little benefit from the so called Chinese investment. Locals are already being prohibited from access to certain areas of the province, give it enough time and Sihanoukville will be a Chinese province. Invasion via economic pressure is not new but the sad fact that the current government is welcoming such activities with open arms is concerning. The lot of them should be charged with treason!

Dear Cambodia, you want the Chinese now you've got them. Don't worry there are more to come. A few years from now the Cambodians will be just the minority in Sihanoukville. Souk sabay !
