Mike Boddington :

Well, Charles William Morgan Jr, you may have imminant domain in Andra Pradesh, imminant being close by. In other parts of the world there is a euphemism called eminent domain which is a euphemism for compulsory purchase, which is a euphemism for expropriation. There is no problem about any of that, as long as people, whose property is required for public purposes, are treated fairly.

CharlesWilliamMorganJr from Vishakapatnam :

The landowners should be paid at market value, and immediately removed so the construction can continue unabated. The principle of "imminent domain" must be applied and delay in the railway construction must not be permitted.
