Overcrowded china workers will not go back to china after rail road finished. Because in Laos there is no 1 child 1 family like in china. China will turn their back on mass emigration to Laos. Laos would not cope with this. There pleinty more of those that chinese government failed to relocate people evacuated from the surounding of dam construction in china to the promised land. Laos will be under indirect chinese economic occupation. Lao businessmen will find hard to compete with chinese counter parts because they got cheap laons from their government. There is no way out for Laos is there.? At the end Laos will be one of the biggest Chinatown of Asian countries.
