Voting in Cambodia is not mandatory. Cambodia’s electoral system uses the proportional representation system, in which voters select a political party, not a candidate.
Nineteen minor political parties will ‘compete’ along with the ruling party Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) for 125 seats at the National Assembly. These 20 political parties are listed in accordance with their chronological order as displayed on the official ballot:

9. Reaksmey Khemara Party (RKP), headed by Mr. Sin Sopheap
10. League for Democracy Party (LDP), headed by Mr. Khem Veasna
11. Khmer Republican Party (KRP), headed by Mr. Lon Rith
12. Khmer Anti-Poverty Party (KAPP), headed by Mr. Kravanh Darorn
13. Funcinpec Party (FP), headed by Prince Norodom Ranariddh
