it's true that things like that happen in cambodia. that is why people are so greedy in power, leading to corruption.

Everyone knows but nobody does anything to alter the corruption system. The worst thing is one points finger to another when he or she doesn't have a chance.
One last hope is relying on rich CPP members who want to build their reputations "MORALE OR WEALTH"

If I don't earn money outside, how can I support my family. Do you want to see my family die of hunger? My salary would not be help only my breakfast alone.. How do you think about that? I dont want to do it but I need to fill my basic need for my family, then I have to earn money to protect my power..
Oh poor people, I want to help you.. but I want help my self first.. NGOs staff have good salary to pay for my family how about me? If I can't help my family I will be a crazy once

It is shameful to hear and see the show off luxurious life of some rich kids in Cambodia because from top to bottom are beggars. Hun Sen begs for foreign aids, every organizations beg for funds, the guy who guard at air port asking money from tourists etc...etc...(don't even mention about the beggars in Vietnam,in Thailand) . Or that is the way Khmer after Angkor are. The one in the U.S.A the same, they are on welfare but they drive luxurious cars and wear big diamonds like movie stars.Oh Khmer everywhere!!!!!!!

These are the factors that allow Khmer Rouge to win the war. Don't let history repeat itself.

I agree with this newpapers. If you come and visit Cambodia. You can only see the luxury in a block of Phnom Penh. if you get out of the city, you can see many of people who are still poor.

We get to know that corruption still exist in Cambodia. As a human being it is never enough. Even the corruption law is past,it is not going to do anything because the law has not been enforced. The people who made the law and signed the law are the people who commit the corruption. The solution is change the leaders honest to thier nation.

Cheam Yeap parliament stated very clearly regarding to the corruption, he accepted that there are really corruption in Cambodia. I still dont know the corruption law meaning, maybe this law will go first to NGO, UN members and the opposed party member, what about GOVT?

Do not look down on the poor and the less fortune .
Ambition is the nature of human being. Ambition is also a driving force toward prosperity.Sometimes in life, human becomes greedy because of their wealth. That crosses the line.Greedy will kill you.
Now the Khmer millionaire kids are at that point. However, they can live their luxury lives but do not look down on the poor and the less fortune because this will spark society clash.
