The scandal of Wang Lijun fleeing to a US Consulate for protection from Bo Xilai's mafioso-like minions dovetails well with the Wikileaks report that of several hundred fat Swiss bank accounts owned by PRC nationals, most were owned either by member of the CCP Cenral Committee or else by the family members of the latter. The CCP elite wants to have an escape route and riches in the West in case the illegitimate edifice of one-party Leninist dictatorship were to implode or otherwise collapse.
