Arresting 600 people on suspicion of their political views or acts is evidence of the lack of any freedom for Tibetans in Tibet. I'm sure none of those Tibetans detained will see a lawyer or even a magistrate. Most of them will be assessed huge fines & forever be on the police watch list of suspects. some will probably be forced to confess to false crimes & be imprisoned. The CCP has turned the entire Tibetan Plateau into a giant police state.
