မွတ္ခ်က္မ်ားကုိ ေအာက္ပါ ပုံစံတြင္ ေရးသားႏုိင္ပါသည္။ RFA ၏ အသုံးျပဳျခင္းဆုိင္ရာ စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အညီ လုိအပ္လွ်င္ တည္းျဖတ္ျပီး ေဖာ္ျပပါမည္။ မွတ္ခ်က္မ်ားကုိ ေရးျပီးျပီးခ်င္း ခ်က္ျခင္း ျမင္ရမွာ မဟုတ္ပါ။ တင္ျပထားေသာ မွတ္ခ်က္ပါ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ား အတြက္ RFA မွာ တာ၀န္မရွိပါ။ ေက်းဇူးျပဳ၍ တျခား မွတ္ခ်က္ေရးသူမ်ား၏ အျမင္ကုိ ေလးစားျပီး အေၾကာင္းအရာကုိသာ အဓိကထား ေရးသားေစလုိပါသည္။

Nationals such as the Kachin, Kayah, Karen, Chin, Burman, Mon, Rakhine or Shan and ethnic groups as have settled in any of the territories included within the State as their permanent home from a period anterior to 1185 B.E., 1823 A.D. are Burma citizens.Every national and every person born of parents, both of whom are nationals are citizens by birth,A person who is already a citizen on the date this Law cones into force is a citizen. Action, however shall be taken under section 18 for infringement of the provision of that section.,ETC

The commission main duties is to find out data and facts and to analysis the main reason and who are motivated such issue. who are being killed and why innocent people are killed by arams forces. Why Rohingya are targeted intentionally. Why all are silent after saw unjustices. Where is the equality and human right. Is the democracy which all myaanmar people expecting. Why Daw Aung San Suu kyi is still silent without saying anything. we can not build true union of nation,if we will ignore justices and equality.
