អ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់អះអាងថា អ្នកទាំង ៤នាក់ ដែលបានចាប់ផ្ដើមការតវ៉ាដោយអត់អាហារនោះ គឺមានអ្នកស្រី ទេព វន្នី អ្នកស្រី គង់ ចន្ថា អ្នកស្រី ឆេង លាភ និងអ្នកស្រី សុង ស្រីលាភ។
ស្ត្រីជាអ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ចំនួន ១៣នាក់ ត្រូវបានកងកម្លាំងអាជ្ញាធរចាប់ខ្លួន កាលពីថ្ងៃពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ឧសភា នឹងត្រូវតុលាការកាត់អោយមានទោស ២ឆ្នាំកន្លះម្នាក់ ពីបទថា បានរំលោភកាន់កាប់ដោយខុសច្បាប់លើអចលនវត្ថុរបស់នីតិបុគ្គលសាធារណៈ និងបទប្រឆាំងអាជ្ញាធរសាធារណៈ ដោយមានស្ថានទម្ងន់ទោស។ ចំណែកតំណាងពីរនាក់ទៀតក៏ត្រូវចាប់ខ្លួន នៅមុខតុលាការក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងពេលរៀបចំឯកសារធ្វើសក្ខីកម្មអោយអ្នកតំណាងទាំង ១៣នាក់នោះ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០១២។
នៅថ្ងៃទី១០ មិថុនា នេះដែរ អ្នកភូមិបឹងកក់ អ្នកភូមិបុរីកីឡា និងតំណាងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល រួមនឹងក្មេងៗ សរុបចំនួនជាង ១០០នាក់ បានប្រមូលផ្ដុំគ្នានៅខាងមុខពន្ធនាគារព្រៃស ឬមណ្ឌលកែប្រែម២ ដើម្បីតវ៉ាអោយមានការដោះលែងអ្នកតំណាងទាំង ១៥នាក់ ដែលកំពុងជាប់ឃុំ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តពួកគេអោយមានចិត្តក្លាហាន រឹងប៉ឹង និងត្រូវបញ្ឈប់គម្រោងការធ្វើអត្តឃាតក្នុងពន្ធនាគារ។

That is very brave for the victims of the landgrabbing determine to risk their lives in prison to let their struggle and injustice inflicted on them be heard. I am sure hun sen government does not care if they die from starving themselves to death to prove their cause. I hope that the Khmer king take action on this if he is a true king to Khmer people. He cannot just close his eyes and pretend that nothing is happening. I am sure he knew the plight of poor Khmers under hun sen's regime but he did not dare to challenge hun sen and his dictatorship rule of laws. That is very sad and low for the king just to stay quiet on the issue.

To King Sihamoni, please open your eye a bit bigger to see those poor peaple. you are the only last hope for them. Be a brave king!!, you have the right to say some thing or not at all? the justice in cambodie have to be blind otherwise, they will have the same destiny as Juge Sok Sethamony.

Under too much pressure from outside, sooner or later, Hun Sen will set you free when he is too much ashamed of himself jailing you innocent mothers. To Hun Sen, if you starve yourselves, he will laugh at you. Your inspiring bravery in fight for social justice has no meaning to Hun Sen. Please remember the devil will never bow to the prayer.
