sam kok from Peking, Cambodia :

The rumors were but a ruse :
1. to sniff out the CPP's members leaning to CNRP.
2. to gage Hun Sen's popularity to the people.

The results are in:
1. Sam Rainsy's internal CPP sources are unreliable and are working for Hun Sen's CPP to discredit Sam Rainsy and CNRP.
2. HUN SEN's popularity sank to the bottom. He is worth more dead than alive. NOT a bargaining chip for more control.

And the end results in NEC reforms and a TV licence for CNRP.

Just anothere example of the Chinese soap opera, SAM KOK, episode 169, was duly applied in Hun Sen's politics of Royal Communist Kingdom.
