RFA Burmese in Washington obtained photos from a cell phone found by a villager in Myanmar’s conflict-hit Sagaing Region that appear to show military atrocities. There’s also a video from the phone in which three soldiers talk about how many people they have killed. This is an English-subtitled version of the story broadcast by RFA Burmese on June 18, 2022.
