Myanmar Town Offers Hope for Marginalized Muslims

In a western Myanmar town, Buddhists and Muslims used to live side by side as neighbors. But since 2012, when inter-communal unrest swept through swathes of western Myanmar, the town's Muslim population has been confined to a muddy camp. Some, however, still try to reach across the religious divide, raising hopes that old communal bonds may not be completely severed.
