Free Cambodia :

The insecurity of the communists is to ban any gatherings or any large crowds. Gathering together during Christmas celebration is considered a big threat to Communist Rule on Earth. Xi Jinping wants to be the new Mao Zedong, hence he eliminates all sign of threat to his rule.

EDWIN from Sydney :

Marxism-Leninsm originated from Europe is a western ideology. On the other hand Christianity is not a western religion but rather an eastern religion which originated in the middle-east.

The western ideology is accepted by the CCP while the Eastern religion is rejected by the CCP.

Who is the hypocrite ???

The biggest mistake of the CCP was to allow Christianity to crawl back into China. It is not too late to stop this nonsensical religion where they believe in the virgin birth and resurrection both of which science can dismiss.

Keep up the good work CCP! Cleanse China of this western filth.

It is a violation of Chinese Constitution & int'l law to restrict religious freedom of citizens regardless of what political party they belong to. Most PRC Govt employees are CCP members & its almost impossible to get a govt job in China without being a Party member.

I see the CCP is going backwards in time to Mao's Cultural Revolution. The CCP doesn't want Chinese people celebrating Western traditions but they forget that Marxism originated in the West, not China. Communism is a Western political system.

Though Russia is communist and Mr. Putin is the de-facto ruler, religions are not banned. All people can practice their faiths.

The Chinese Communist Party can perhaps be renamed as the Chinese Dictators Party, though it would be an understatement - it is closer to Hitler-ism. Perhaps worse - Hitler was an individual, whereas the core Chinese committee is a group of Hitlers.
